Ascend Visuals LLP — Customer Terms 

By booking Ascend Visuals LLP (“Ascend Visuals”), you agree to the following:

1. Booking & Payment
   A booking is confirmed upon payment (full or deposit, as stated on your invoice). Fees cover time reserved, preparation, and event-day resources.

2. No Refunds (Except Valid Non-Performance by Us)
   Refunds will not be given once a booking is confirmed, unless there is a valid reason for non-performance by Ascend Visuals.
   For these Terms, “non-performance” means Ascend Visuals fails to provide the deliverables promised in your selected package within the stipulated delivery timeline stated on your invoice/booking confirmation (excluding delays caused by client-side issues or circumstances beyond our control).
   If non-performance occurs, the remedy is limited to (at Ascend Visuals’ discretion) a re-delivery/reshoot where feasible, or a refund of the affected portion of the fee.

3. Accuracy of Athlete / Event Information
   You must provide accurate details (athlete name/ID, event category, schedule, venue, bib number, team, and any required access info).
   Ascend Visuals reserves the right not to cover the athlete if the information provided is inaccurate, does not match the actual athlete/event details, or if identification/access is not reasonably possible. In such cases, this is treated as a client-side issue and no refund will apply.

4. Coverage is Best-Effort (Live Event Limitations)
   Event conditions can affect coverage (schedule changes, access restrictions, weather, crowd/lighting, venue rules, organizer/security instructions). We will make reasonable efforts but do not guarantee every specific shot.

5. Delivery
   Deliverables and timelines are as stated in the package and your invoice/booking confirmation.

6. Copyright & Usage
   Ascend Visuals retains copyright to all media. Customers receive a personal-use license (including sharing on personal social media). Commercial use requires written permission.
